Job Summary

Busy Personal Injury law firm looking to hire a full time experienced, detail-oriented paralegal. Candidate must be capable of handling all stages of negligence cases from intake to trial.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain client communication and update client database
Coordinate investigations in house and with private investigators
Gather and review and digest client medical records
Communicate with insurance companies and defense counsel
Maintain attorney calendar, schedule appointment, and depositions
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions along with exhibits thereto for service and filing.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 3 years experience
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have effective time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
